Drone footage from October 2025. You see Brent Cross West station and the exit into Brent Cross Town, down the escalators and staircase of the southern entrance/exit. And the route through to Claremont Park.

You can also see Conductor House, the replacement homes for the Whitefield Estate, and the first homes for sale, The Delamarre and The Ashbee.  Along with the first Build-to-Rent homes The Maple 1 and 2 facing Claremont Park, early works for Plot 15, the newly opened Neighbourhood Square, and the student accommodation near the retail park, and the Tilling Road Car Park, next door to the Holiday Inn, which - via a walkway around the construction site - provides parking for the amenities in, and around Claremont Way.
