NET ZERO

Brent Cross Town has an ambition to build a net-zero carbon town. To create a future-proof neighbourhood, Brent Cross Town is taking a whole-life carbon approach, looking at the total carbon emissions of its buildings and public realm over its entire life. The neighbourhood will benefit from an advanced electric on-site energy network developed in collaboration with Vattenfall, which will supply heating and cooling.

GREENER ENERGY DELIVERED BY HEAT NETWORKS

We are proud to work with Vattenfall, the largest operator of heat networks in Western Europe, and already supplying more than two million customers. Vattenfall will operate the neighbourhood’s energy services company and our partnership will drive our ambition towards net zero carbon at Brent Cross Town.

CLIMATE-CONSCIOUS CONSTRUCTION

Our buildings are being designed for longevity, adaptability and flexibility.
