KING'S CROSS, LONDON

Since 2001, Argent has planned, delivered and managed the regeneration of King’s Cross, one of the most significant urban developments in the UK.

The 67-acre site has a rich history and a unique setting, transformed from an industrial wasteland into a destination with homes, shops, offices, galleries, bars, restaurants, schools, and even a university. It’s now an established piece of central London with its own postcode – N1C.
