Our Yard at Clitterhouse Farm is a vibrant social enterprise working to conserve the historic Clitterhouse Farm buildings in north Cricklewood. Since 2013, the team behind Our Yard has transformed the farm into a sustainable hub, alive with a flourishing garden, café, workshops that all are invited to enjoy.

GARDEN

Clitterhouse Farm includes a beautiful community garden where members of the local community grow fruit, vegetables and flowers. The garden has been part of the farm since 2017, growing bigger and more vibrant every year, with a glasshouse added in 2020. In 2020 Our Yard’s garden was selected as the southern regional winner of Cultivation Street’s Community Gardens of the Year award, followed by a win in the 2022 Open City Stewardship Awards in the Open Spaces category.

EVENTS

The farm is home to a variety of workshops and events including weekly yoga classes, art workshops, and children’s activities. Must-attend events include their popular night markets, fine dining experiences and live performances throughout the year. As one of the winners of the 2023 Brent Cross Town Community Fund, Our Yard was awarded funding for 38 hours of forest, nature and gardening workshops, prioritising children and families from disadvantaged backgrounds.

CAFÉ

Our Yard’s welcoming volunteer-run café offers scenic views of Clitterhouse Playing Fields. Visitors can enjoy coffee from local independent business Cricklewood Coffee Roasters, as well as delicious home-cooked sweet and savoury food and cold drinks.

SPACE HIRE & CORPORATE DAYS

The glasshouse, café and Studio 1 are all available for hire, while Our Yard also offers corporate visits and volunteer days that strike the fine balance between fun and learning, providing an opportunity for businesses to empower their teams in a new way.
