Designed by Bennetts Associates, 2 Copper Square is a nine story self- contained building of approx. 140,000 sq. ft. NIA with typical floorplates of circa 18,350 sq. ft. NIA.

4 Copper Square
Designed as a hybrid low carbon concrete structure with flexible timber floors by Shedkm. The building totals 277,000 sq. ft over thirteen floors, with extensive light-filled floors totalling 22,712 sq. ft. each.
Expansive double height reception areas with an option for a further entrance off the station entrance mezzanine. Focus on wellness and sustainability benefiting from c.3.1m ceiling heights, exposed services, high levels of natural light and fresh air, with a set back top floor roof terrace with panoramic views.
The lower floors are designed to accommodate laboratories, research and events space.
