Starting February on a High: First Rental Homes Building in Brent Cross Town Reaches Full Height

At the start of February, we celebrated another milestone at Brent Cross Town as our third building reached its full height – a moment known in the industry as ‘topping out’.

The first Build to Rent (BtR) building in the development, this will offer 249 homes for rent, as well as amenities for residents.

Set across three blocks and looking onto Neighbourhood Square, right in the heart of our development, the building is a stone’s throw from Brent Cross West Station, which connects Brent Cross Town with central London in as little as 12 minutes.

Designed by Squire & Partners and being built by Galliford Try, the homes will welcome their first residents in summer 2025.

With six buildings now under construction, we’re making great progress in Brent Cross Town, which will eventually have 6,700 new homes, 3 million sq ft of offices, student housing and homes for later living, as well as a high street, schools and 50 acres of parks and playing field – all only a 12-minute train ride from St. Pancras International.
