Brent Cross Town has welcomed its first ever residents, including social housing tenants, marking an exciting new chapter for the growing community. As part of the first phase of development, nearly 300 new homes are now complete at Conductor House and The Delamarre; the first residential buildings in this dynamic new neighbourhood. These homes offer a mix of private gardens and balconies.
Conductor House, which will be managed by housing association L&Q, provides 120 new homes, welcoming residents relocating from the Whitefield Estate into brand new homes, alongside shared equity and London Living Rent apartments. The building was delivered in partnership with Barnet Council and Barnet Homes, who supported the residents throughout the process.
Tom Goodall, Chief Executive Director, Related Argent says, “The completion of our first residential buildings and new residents is a celebratory moment for both us and the community. With a substantial shortage of new and affordable homes across London, we are proud that over the next 15 years, Brent Cross Town will play a key role in addressing this critical need.”
