Plot 15 affordable housing Brent Cross Town (Brent Cross Town)

At Brent Cross Town, we’re committed to building an inclusive community, and we are happy to announce that we have just finalised plans to build 50 new social rented homes. We will be building a variety of homes in the area over the next few years, including more affordable options, homes for private sale and rent, student accommodation and a later living facility.

The new affordable rental homes project will be funded and managed by Sovereign Network Group housing association, with grant funding from the Greater London Authority. Barnet Council, which helped to secure the grant funding, will have an ongoing role in allocating the homes.

Designed by RIBA award-winners dRMM architects, who are famous for their sustainable and socially conscious architecture, the two and three-bedroom affordable homes will sit alongside 226 buy-to-rent homes.

Powered by our electric district energy network, the homes will have fantastic green energy credentials. They will also benefit from a shared podium garden with outdoor play facilities and proximity to both Claremont Park and Brent Cross West station, with central London only a 15-minute train ride away.
