Urban Bocce

Aim of the game:
Roll your bocce balls closer to the target ball than your opponent.

How to play:
1. One player rolls the small target ball, known as the pallino, into the playing lane.
2. Players or teams then take turns rolling their larger bocce balls towards it.
3. You can aim for the pallino, block another ball or gently knock another ball out of position.
4. Once all balls have been played, the ball closest to the pallino scores 1 point.
5. A player or team scores an additional point for every ball closer than their opponent’s nearest ball.
6. The first player or team to reach 7 points wins.

Roll – don’t throw:
• The game is played on a firm artificial surface.
• All balls must be rolled gently underarm.
• Do not throw, bounce or bowl the balls with force.

Play safe:
• Wait until the lane is clear before rolling.
• Keep behind the playing line during another player’s turn.
• Do not walk into the lane until all balls have stopped moving.
