Set to open in May 2022, Claremont Park is a new addition at Brent Cross Town, located west of the Visitor Pavilion. As well as offering open space for the community—with greenery, trees, wild-flowers, play areas for children and areas to sit and relax—the park will include a new kiosk with public toilets. We are now accepting applications from local North London food and beverage businesses to operate the kiosk for five years, with the first year rent free!
The space available will be fit out with cooking and washing facilities, worksurfaces, and fridges. Here’s what we are looking for:
- Brent Cross Town’s existing businesses are café and plant shop Spruce & Larch, Karma Bread, Cricklewood Coffee Roasters, Happy Face Pizza and The Newsagent on Claremont Way. Your business must offer something different, but complementary
- To apply, please provide us with a presentation document explaining what your business is, its offering and its unique selling point, and what it will add to the local area. Please also include an explanation of how you will support the Brent Cross Town pledges, as well as proposed product pricing and a sales forecast
Eligibility criteria:
- Must be an existing business, owned by an entrepreneur who lives, works or studies in North London
- Must be operating as a limited company and be able to demonstrate a company number and business bank account with at least one year’s trading filed through Companies House.
Applications close 6pm GMT 18th March 2022 and should be submitted via email to [email protected]
