Brent Cross Town, in partnership with leading retirement community providers Audley Group, are pleased to be launching a public consultation for proposals for plot 22 at Brent Cross Town, the £8bn net zero park town for London which is being delivered in partnership between Related Argent and Barnet Council. We are delighted to have Audley bring a ‘Mayfield Village’ to Brent Cross Town with plot 22 set to provide an integrated retirement community of approximately 150-160 later living homes. The proposals include communal gardens, a public cafe/bistro, health and wellness facilities available for the over 55s and a village hall available for some public bookings. Plot 22 will also contain a parade of shops along the new high street, Merchant Street.

Outline planning permission has been granted for the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Area, which includes Brent Cross Town. As with other plots, we’re now getting ready to submit a further application to Barnet Council with full details on the use, design, layout and landscaping of the site, as well as the plot 22 road.
