Brent Cross Town, Argent Related’s and Barnet Council’s 180-acre, £7bn neighbourhood is pleased to announce that Happy Face Pizza will be opening next month on Claremont Way, NW2 launching the brand’s third restaurant. Happy Face Pizza made its debut on the King’s Cross Estate in 2018 where it remains a popular fixture of the local dining scene.
Happy Face Pizza will join Karma Bread and Cricklewood Coffee Roasters as part of the new cluster of shops and restaurants on Claremont Way, alongside The Visitor Pavilion and its café, Spruce and Larch which opened in December 2021.
The new retailers, which are all locally owned or based brands, bring much needed new amenities to the area and have been chosen for their close links to the existing community of residents and other businesses. They also share a focus on local economic development, offering employment and training opportunities. Each of the new occupiers combines production and distribution with their retail offer, ensuring that they can successfully flex to meet varying customer demands.
Phil Peters, Happy Face Pizza, commented: “We are really looking forward to opening our third Happy Face Pizza restaurant in Brent Cross Town and are busy getting everything ready to be able to welcome customers next month. The opportunity to become part of the Brent Cross Town community at such an early stage in the new neighbourhood’s development was one we couldn’t miss. We are delighted to be onboard and to be part of the huge transformation that the area is starting to undergo.”
Nick Searl, Partner of Argent Related said: “The signing of another new retailer to Claremont Way shows the continued momentum at Brent Cross Town. The combination of The Visitor Pavilion and the cluster of new shops and restaurants provides a compelling and accessible offer for local people that reflects our ambition to meet the needs of the community today, as well as those of the future residents and occupiers of our new neighbourhood.”
