NEAPOLITAN PIZZA MAKING WITH HAPPY FACE PIZZA
Master authentic Neapolitan pizza making at Happy Face Pizza Brent Cross Town. Happy Face Pizza’s master ‘pizzaiuolo’ will guide participants in the art of creating a real Neapolitan pizza, from crafting a perfect springy dough to choosing exquisite toppings. The masterclass will be followed by a full meal that includes your pizza, a starter, a dessert and a glass of wine. Participants will also take home a Happy Face apron and their additional dough — so you can keep making delicious pizza at home.

BAKING MASTERCLASS WITH KARMA BREAD BAKEHOUSE
Learn from London’s Challah Queen in this intimate masterclass at Karma Bread Bakehouse. In this short but intense introduction, Tami Isaacs Pearce, one of the capital’s most celebrated bakers, will demo some of her trade secrets, and you’ll be able to try your hand at braiding and baking. There will be a break for tea, coffee and delicious treats, and you’ll take home a selection of your beautiful bakes.
