EXPLORATORY PARK

Exploratory Park – which opened in 2020 as a temporary open space – will now close permanently in preparation for the development of new homes in the area. While this space has been well used by families and the local community, it was always intended as a temporary amenity.

Many of the park’s play features and equipment are being relocated so they can continue to be enjoyed locally:

  • Most of the play equipment will be reused in a new children’s playground opening autumn 2027 on the Playing Fields near the Clitterhouse Farm buildings.
  • Additional play and recreation facilities, including a ball court and games areas, will open near the new Whitefield car park in the coming months.

THERE WILL BE MORE THAN 50 ACRES OF PARKS AND PLAYING FIELDS AT BRENT CROSS TOWN
