Have Your Say: Plot 23, Courtyard between plots 22, 23 and 24, and ‘Park Place’
We would like to invite you to drop in for a cup of tea, some cake and to give your views on elements of the Masterplan which are under development.
The first is a new central public courtyard between plots 22 (retirement community), 23 (co-living) and 24 (affordable housing and private sale) which we hope will foster a vibrant and animated intergenerational community for these groups. The second, ‘Park Place’ is an updated proposal, expanding the area of open space between Clitterhouse Playing Fields and Claremont Park, which will create a large, south-facing area. Lastly, we are also sharing plans for Plot 23, a co-living building that provides high-quality rented accommodation for single-person households of all ages.
The event will also provide an update on our progress with Clitterhouse Playing Fields, as well as on plots 22 and 23. The team will be at the Brent Cross Town Visitor Pavilion on Sunday 26 January 2025 from 12-4pm to talk you through the proposals and answer any questions you may have.
